Jennifer Hammond,
Aesthetician

Jennifer is our aesthetician, and a local to the area.  She boasts over a decade of experience working with Med Spa patients, and now serving as our medical aesthetician. With advanced training and certifications in various skin treatments, such as Microneedling, Ultherapy, and CoolSculpting, she prioritizes gentle exfoliation routines to maximize her clients’ product benefits. Jennifer finds joy in building relationships with her clients and witnessing their skin care transformations. As a dedicated aesthetician, her guiding principle is “It’s easier to prevent than to correct, but it’s never too late to start new habits!” Outside of work, she cherishes family time with her husband, four children, and two granddaughters, alongside her passion for travel.

Susie Cody, RN, CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Susie Cody, an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with over 24 years of experience, initially began her career at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center before transitioning into the aesthetic industry. Throughout her two-decade journey, she has held positions as a national trainer for Galderma and in-house trainer at various successful Med Spas across California and Tennessee. As a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), Susie has honed her skills in nonsurgical aesthetic procedures, including cosmetic lasers, injectables, PDO thread lifts, PRF, and medical-grade skincare. Known for her honesty and for delivering natural-looking results, Susie is an advanced injector proficient in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and PDO Threads. Her expertise extends to treatments such as CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, radio frequency devices, and laser aesthetics for both facial and body procedures. Beyond her professional endeavors as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Susie cherishes spending quality time with her husband, adult children, and their beloved grand puppy, Frank.

Patricia A. Key, RN
Surgery Coordinator

Patti is our Surgery Coordinator, and her journey in the medical field spans over two decades, beginning with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Aquinas College in Nashville, TN. She recently expanded her academic horizons by earning a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. As a surgery coordinator, Patti boasts extensive hands-on experience in plastic surgery, accumulating over 20 years of expertise in the operating room. Her leadership qualities shone through as she served as an assistant operating room director. Patti’s proficiency extends beyond patient care, as she has successfully overseen the initial survey and certification processes for AAASF and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Her exceptional skills as a surgery coordinator stem from her thorough grasp of pre-surgical preparations, post-operative care, and the intricate workings of the operating room. This depth of understanding enables her to deliver unparalleled patient care that is of the highest quality, safety, and compassion. Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, indulging in hikes at Tennessee State Parks, and delving into a good book.

Rachel Fowler, BS
Medical Assistant

Rachel is the medical assistant to Dr. Behmand, leveraging her academic achievements and diverse background to excel in her role. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry from William Carey University, she graduated with high honors, earning a coveted spot on both the Dean’s List and President’s List for her outstanding academic performance. Additionally, Rachel holds an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Pearl River Community College, where she was recognized for her excellence as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Moreover, Rachel brings previous experience as a support specialist for an advanced clinical nutrition practice in Nashville, TN. Beyond her professional pursuits, Rachel finds joy in reading, attending Nashville Soccer Club games, exploring new restaurants, and cherishing moments with her beloved dog, Lumi.

Tara Wallace
Front Desk Coordinator

Tara is our warm and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator! Born and raised in Tennessee, Tara brings a genuine Southern charm to our office. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, with a degree in Health and Human Performance, Tara has made a rewarding career out of raising her two boys. With her easy smile and friendly demeanor, she is often the first person you’ll meet when you enter our office. Outside of work, Tara enjoys staying active with her love for running, and finds joy in traveling and attending her boys’ baseball games. Her dedication to her family, and our team, makes her an invaluable part of our office community.

Taylor Foust
Accounts Manager

Taylor assumes the role of accounts manager at Dr. Behmand’s plastic surgery practice. Originally from Mt. Juliet, TN, she pursued her education at The University of Tennessee. During her leisure time, Taylor likes to travel, and enjoys quality moments with her family.
